Can I manage my in-app subscription purchase on the Vimeo website?

If you’ve purchased your membership via the Vimeo app, Vimeo Create app, Mevo app, or the Magisto app, you can manage that recurring subscription in the iTunes or App Store (for iOS), or in the Google Play Store (for Android). 

You will not be able to manage a subscription purchased on an app subscription on the Vimeo website.

How do I upgrade my in-app subscription purchase?

While you’re an app subscriber, you won’t be able to upgrade to any higher membership tier on Vimeo. If you would like to move to a higher membership tier, you will first need to cancel your app subscription in the appropriate app store, and then return to the Vimeo site to upgrade your account.

If I delete the app, will that cancel my subscription?

Deleting the app that you used to purchase from your mobile device will not cancel your Vimeo subscription with Apple or Google. This must be done directly with Apple support or Google support.

How to cancel your subscription (iOS)

To cancel your subscription on iOS mobile devices, please follow these instructions:

1. Go to Settings > [your name] > iTunes & App Store.
   
2. Tap your Apple ID at the top of the screen.
   
3. Tap View Apple ID. You might need to authenticate your Apple ID.
   
4. Tap Subscriptions.
   
5. Tap the Vimeo subscription.
   
6. Tap Cancel Subscriptions.

How to cancel your subscription (Android)

To cancel your subscription on an Android device, please follow the below:

1. Open the Google Play Store
   
2. Tap Menu > Account > Subscriptions.
   
3. Find the Vimeo subscription.
   
4. Tap Cancel.
