You’ve arrived at the Vimeo Help Center because the Vimeo Community Forums have been sunsetted.

We originally opened the Forums as a place for creators to start conversations with other creators, find tips and resources, and suggest ways to improve Vimeo. However, with the growth of other online communities and social media platforms in the last 10 years, those conversations gradually migrated elsewhere.

Recently, the overwhelming majority of activity on the Forums consisted of support-related questions. People were searching for answers and finding old posts with outdated information, which caused confusion (and resulted in redundant support tickets). This is why we’ve decided to sunset the Forums for the time being. You’ll find all the most up-to-date information on all things related to Vimeo and its products right here at the Help Center.

We do know that people used the forums to connect with peers and collaborators, and we’re considering re-launching some kind of a community-focused space that could serve this function in the future. We’d love to hear from you about what you’d like it to be like, so please don’t hesitate to reach out to us.
